Delivery & Assembly in UAE
We provide free delivery for purchases over 1000AED to Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai and selected districts within Abu Dhabi. For purchases under 1000AED there is a charge of 100aed. For the rest of the emirates and GCC countries delivery, custom and packing charge will be based on location. Our after sales service department will call you within 24 hours of payment being received to book a delivery slot. Upon booking the delivery, you must inform us of any restrictions at the delivery address. We do not collect or dispose of unwanted furniture. Due to building regulations we are unable to hang any lighting or wall-mount any product. Items that require assembly such as bed frames is included in the delivery charge.
Exchange Policy for UAE Customers
At Pinky Furniture & Novelties L.L.C, we try to be as flexible as possible should you discover that you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase we'll happily exchange the item only once or you can choose to return the item and receive a credit note receipt for the purchased amount valid for 12 months.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery or returned not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, you will not be eligible for exchange or credit not. Kindly present your original receipt. Delivery charges are unfortunately non-refundable. Ofcourse, if any product has a manufacturing defect, we will immediately fix or exchange it for you.
Shipping Information for GCC Countries
We provide shipping within the GCC. Customs, shipping freight and packing charges apply. Payment for GCC orders must be made via bank account or western union transfers. Your order will not ship until full payment is received including shipping and packing charges.
Exchange Policy for GCC Customers
Products shipped to GCC countries are not eligible for exchange, returns or refunds. Due to the increased chances of damage to our product whilst shipping. Customers are advised to view the product in person prior to purchase. If the product is damaged during shipping we will exchange or refund it for you. Pinky Furniture & Novelties L.L.C takes no responsibility if the product is damaged once delivered. Pinky Furniture & Novelties L.L.C does not provide handlers to unload the goods upon delivery in the GCC. We are not liable for any damage during offloading of goods on delivery.
Dear valued customer kindly note all products are handmade with solid wood and must be placed indoors. An antique finish is giving to the items in order to create a vintage character. Small cracks, spacing in wood and matte stain is part of the charm. Customer is advised to visit our warehouse in Sharjah to see the item in person prior to purchase online. Each item is unique and cannot be replicated. Owners can choose to place furniture outdoor at their own risk. Avoid contact with water and surface cleaning agents. Regular application of beeswax and teak oil will maintain product quality. Pinky Furniture & Novelties L.L.C takes no responsibility if the furniture is damaged once sold.
